The part with the flags was started because I could not get Netscape to consistently show the WA flags (if you read on,
you'll find it was because they were in an outdated version of GIF).
On 02May97, having converted the WA Flag from gif to bmp then that to gif89a on GRAPHIC WORKSHOP,
& having uploaded the new version to Multiline, the WA Flags showed clearly on Netscape (and still OK on
